The idea is to create 'Incident Network' An open source peer-to-peer blockchian based system of cryptocurrency called CoIncident* (This is a coin)
A user can download an app and become a node in the peer to peer network. They will recieve a unique wallet ID.
This Incident wallet will carry the CoIncidents
A distributed digital ledger keeps an account of all user wallets, incidents and coins.
Any user can "register" an incident. This will be called framing non-human happenings and will involve following a simple guideline and a few instructions (to ensure this incident allows for others to engage with non-human activity and offers possibility for other users to witness something that has the potential to be transformative)
To set things in motion I will create 6 pilot incidents around the city of Delhi.
After the launch of the software for implementing the cryptocurrency, associated mobile application and the 6 pilot incidents, any mobile phone user will be able to 'observe' and 'frame' incidents and earn cryptocurrency CoIncidents.
A distributed ledger is a consensus of replicated, shared, and synchronized digital data geographically spread across multiple sites, countries, or institutions. There is no central administrator or centralized data storage. -wiki
